I am standing because I love Tower Hamlets and am passionate about working locally to deliver real change. I have lived in the borough since 1979, growing up in Stepney and Whitechapel. My three sons were born and raised here.
I have worked with community organisations since 1980 and currently work part-time as a CEO of a community organisation. I am proud to have led the nationally recognised Save Remittance campaign, securing over 100,000 signatures and protecting local jobs. My priorities are education, community safety, housing, cohesion and empowering local residents.
